Launch Party x Art Gallery Opening

Saugatuck Magazine presents a curated selection of photographs by Patrick Sikes which the publication will use as cover artwork for the new monthly publication, launched in March 2025. This first of its kind partnership between an artist and town magazine will display a selection of work from Patrick Sikes’s collection, a notable photographer from the area who works in fine art, commercial, residential, marine, aerial and editorial photography. Patrick is also a 50 ton vessel licensed captain and Art Director for the Peck Ledge Lighthouse.

Saugatuck Magazine is a new coastal lifestyle publication that focuses on the transformative neighborhood of Saugatuck and shoreline communities in Westport, CT. Its publisher, Ryan Pearson, is a resident of Westport with more than 20 years of experience in magazine publishing in New York City, including PAPER Magazine, COMPLEX Networks, SPIN/VIBE and Bustle.com. Westport native Colleen Crowley is the Editor of Saugatuck Magazine, who previously was the associate editor at Moffly Media’s Westport-Weston-Wilton magazine. Saugatuck Magazine is dedicated to covering coastal lifestyle in Westport from the point of view of Saugatuck.

A limited number of large format, signed photographs will be available for purchase at the event, plus unsigned prints in a variety of sizes, including collectable Saugatuck Magazine posters. Framed prints will be made available to purchase in partnership with event sponsor, Framebridge. 

The event will be hosted by The Hamlet at Saugatuck with Saugatuck Financial at the ROAN Ventures offices at 609 Riverside Ave. between 6-9pm. Hors d'oeuvres will be provided by Saugatuck Provisions and special cocktails courtesy of TUCK Gin.
